Packages are sent via DHL or POSTNL. Orders are handed over to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Do you need your order sooner? Please mention this with your order.

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or broken, please send us an email at info@happym.nl with all the information and a photo of the item. We will find a solution as soon as possible.

If you wish to return an item from your order or the entire order, please send an email to: info@happym.nl with your details, which item(s), and your order number.
After receiving your return, we will check if the item(s) meet all conditions and, if so, we will proceed with a refund of the purchase amount. Upon receipt of your return, we will ensure that your amount is refunded to your account within 30 days. You will receive a free return label from us within these 30 days. We want to offer you a 100% Happy Guarantee.

FREE RETURNS: the customer will receive a shipping label from us, which can be requested via email or the contact form.
Rights
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package; consult your carrier's website for exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged for return.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@happym.nl. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days of your return notification, provided the product has been received back in good order.

1. The customer has 30 days to revoke the order (report return).
2. After this notification, the customer has another 14 days to actually return it.
3. The refund should take place within 14 days of the return notification.
